When the Châlet d’Adrien opened in 2001, Verbier’s hotel dynamics increased by several notches. The luxurious 29-room jewel brought a new, higher dimension to the resort. Chef Mirto Marchesi oversees Le Grenier, the gourmet restaurant, and Table d’Adrien, serving local specialties. Complimenting the hotel’s ski-in panoramas, the renovated and spacious pine-paneled bedrooms take care of all our creature comforts. To further calm body and mind, guests are pampered in the hydrotherapy spa, whirlpool, hammam, sauna, and infinity pool. Owners Brigitte de Turckheim and her husband, Eric Cachart, also have Verbier’s nearby Châlet de Flore.
